		<description>I recently submitted a request for a loan modif with Wells; they came back to me and agreed to a forebearance plan with reduced payments over the next four months, with a payment that was about $250 less per month, which i agreed to.
Do lenders usually request this prior to entering a borrower into a permanent loan modification?</description>

		<description>If you have a complaint regarding a business there is the better business bureau to file a complaint with.  For lenders, is it the Federal Reserve?

		<description>i'm one of those people who has been turned down because i'v never been late .ocwen has told me they will give me their modification which will lower my payment 20.00 a month and i have to give them 1090.00 to get it done i'v been in my home 18 yrs and i'm not going to make my payment this month because i had to borrow money to keep my electric cut off.my other bills are going on two months due.i don't understand whats going on.</description>

Freemont went out of business and sold my mortgage to two different company, I pay my first mortgage company every month on time . Now Real Time Soulution(which is a debt collector) is contacting me about the second mortgage. when I purchase my home they gave me a 60/40 split. which they sold the larger  one to Carrington Mortgage Company and the lower to Litton I paid Litton on time for six months  and then Litton sold it to Real Time Solution. What can I do. My larger mortgage is 114,000 and the lower is 28,000.
